He leaves to cherish his memory his wife, Louiza Hooper; daughters, Mamie Owens, Emma Townsel, Delois Humes, Lakesha Hooper and Yosha Daniels; sons, James E. Hooper Jr., Alvin Hooper; fourteen grandchildren, ten great grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
