He leaves to cherish his memory, spouse, Barbara Payne; daughters, Sharrilyn Payne-Hunt, Krisha Burrell-Johnson, Felita Walker; sosns, Wendell Payne, William Payne, Edward Payne; seventeen grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and a host of relatives, friends and well-wishers.
