Steven Hoskins, born on October 5, 1975 in Freeport, New York, to the parents of Harrison and Jessie Turner-Hoskins. Steven grew up in Freeport and Hempstead New York. Attended Freeport And Hempstead Schools from pre-k through High School. Steven relocated to Memphis TN, January of 2015.

He was always a friendly, lovable person, always smiling and always ready to give of himself and help people. He was a "Gentle Giant"! Steven's career started out working for a moving company where he met and made many friends. He then started a career working in the mental health and substance abuse population for the past 5 years, as a psychiatric technician. He absolutely loved life and loved helping others.

He leaves behind to mourn: his sister Cheryl Hoskins-Simmons;  Brother Dennis Turner; Brother-in-law Ronald Duran Simmons; Nephews Brian and Kevon; Nieces Alana and Tiana; a host of aunts, uncles and cousins.

We love you Steven and will always remember your happy smiling face. May the Great God Jehovah keep you in his memories and resurrect you in his appointed time. Acts 24:15
