There are many ways in which N.H. Owens & Son Funeral Home is different. Having our knowledgeable staff available to answer initial questions is one way. Always having staff looking neat and professional is another. Below are other ways we make a difference:

  1. We are family-owned and operated. The funeral business is not just a job the Owens family has; it is our passion. When choosing N.H. Owens & Son Funeral Home to service your loved one, you should be eased by the fact that a professional staff member will be involved from the initial call all the way to the place of final disposition. We take pride in every funeral and family that we serve. Whether it be the start of the service, the end of the service, taking part in the ceremony at the cemetery, or fellowshipping at the repast, we are there. When you have a concern, please know that you can within moments, be in touch with a staff member. 
  2. Since 1912, N.H. Owens & Son Funeral Home has been known to be the funeral home that serves with dignity, compassion, and excellence. If you have an insurance policy that you are not sure about, call us. Our trained staff will call the insurance company for you and ask the questions that you may not know to ask. One word of advice: if you are concerned that the insurance might have lapsed, ask if the insurance policy had extended coverage. Our firm offers quality funeral services at much lower prices than the national average. We will never turn a family away because of the lack of funds. 
  3. You will speak with an actual person for help. When you call N.H. Owens & Son at 901-324-2116, you will be received by an actual employee 24 HOURS a day. He or she has been trained to answer your questions. If the one answering the phone cannot answer your questions, someone will return the call immediately to answer all of your questions. 
  4. FLORISTS and PRINTING SERVICES are available through our funeral home. By having these partnerships with florists and printers, it takes pressure off of our families of not having to travel to several other places in order to complete the final arrangements for their loved ones.   
  5. LATE MODEL AUTOMOBILES! Our late model rolling stock is always clean. Our beautiful signature white limousines and hearses are always available.
